Being an Account Executive of an advertising agency is really a tough job. Why? Because I am only paid through the commissions that my clients generates from their advertisements which they placed on tv, radio, and newspapers. Therefore, each advertisement and dated payment is important so that I can receive a good amount of commission plus a travel and cellphone load allowance monthly. It's hard, but if you have unrelenting passion towards your work, you'll be able to succeed. |
